Fixing “Copy Address” in Snow Leopard Mail.app
For some strange reason Apple changed the way Mail.app copies email addresses in 10.6. When you right-click a sender or recipient and select “Copy Address” it includes the Name field and puts the address in angled brackets. I don’t like it and I’m pretty sure they will fix it in 10.6.2. Until then you can use this pref change.
